The deep dark red color of this wine predicts the concentration and intensity that it then offers in the mouth. Its style is spicy, an attribute that comes from the cool climate where its grapes ripen, perfumed and fruity. Aromas of pepper, smoked bacon, charcuterie, black fruits and also flowers such as lavender and violet are highlighted on the nose, along with hints of wet earth and forest. When you taste it, it has a soft texture, leather flavors, hints of maraschino and candied oranges with chocolate; It has a firm and balanced body. It is suggested to decant and bring to 18ºC before serving. We suggest storing it for several months given its clear potential to continue improving.
