Verdejo

This Verdejo shows a straw yellow color, with slight green tones. On the nose you can find notes of pineapple, mango and candied papaya, combined with aromas reminiscent of iced tea with peach and the traditional Chilean drink “mote con huesillo” (nectar with dried peaches and wheat berries). Without being initially so intense, it opens up and displays great complexity of aromas. In the mouth it shows touches of mandarin, orange and green apple that provide freshness, along with light notes of chamomile, honey and jam. It is a white with great volume and a long finish. Serve at 8°C.
